This competition has always aimed to be inclusive with the workouts to allow all standards to compete on the day. Below is a rough guideline of what to expect and please note that scales will be offered on the day which will automatically score you below teams performing the RX movement.
Categories:
Mixed pairs Teens (16 or under)
Mixed pairs RX (16 or older)
Mixed pairs Masters (both 38+)
Movement standards expected:
RX & MASTERS WEIGHTLIFTING:
Clean and jerk up to 60/45
Snatch up to 50/35 KBS 24/16
Dumbbell 22.5/15
Wall balls 9/6
GYMNASTICS/SKILLS:
Pull ups
Toes to Bar or Rings
Wall walks
MONOSTRUCTURAL FOR ALL CATEGORIES:
Row/Ski/Bike/Running
Teens will perform the same workouts but weights will be adjusted accordingly
Facilities: Free parking, toilets and showers - all available on site. Snacks / drinks available onsite and nearby.
